You’ll learn about different types of pastries, doughs, and batters, including ingredient selection, dough preparation, shaping, baking, and presentation. Participants learn to create various types of pastries, from classic to contemporary, and may also explore related areas like bread-making, pizza, small chops, pies, rolls, all Nigeria snacks, tarts, flan, cake baking dessert and lots more.
